Web Client Accessibility Conformance Report

This report lists each accessibility rule and how well Web Client meets it. Across all rules and product areas there are 44 “Supports”, 31 “Partially Supports”, 1 “Does Not Support”, and 12 “Not Applicable” ratings. The remarks column explains each rating. 39 rules have not been evaluated yet.

This Accessibility Conformance Report presents the results of Laserfiche's accessibility evaluation of Web Client. Conformance was evaluated against WCAG 2.1 (Level A and AA). Success criteria outside the evaluated scope — including later WCAG 2.2 additions and all Level AAA criteria that were not tested — are listed as "Not Evaluated" rather than assigned an untested rating.

How to read this report

Each table below covers one part of the standard. Every row names one accessibility rule (a “criterion”), shows a conformance level, and explains the rating. The conformance levels mean:

Supports: The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects or meets with equivalent facilitation.
Partially Supports: Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion.
Does Not Support: The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion.
Not Applicable: The criterion is not relevant to the product.
Not Evaluated: The product has not been evaluated against the criterion. This can only be used in WCAG Level AAA criteria.

How we tested: General product knowledge combined with manual testing and testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers to confirm accessible behavior.
