Forms Accessibility Conformance Report

This report lists each accessibility rule and how well Forms meets it. Across all rules and product areas there are 47 “Supports”, 28 “Partially Supports”, 8 “Does Not Support”, and 11 “Not Applicable” ratings. The remarks column explains each rating. 33 rules have not been evaluated yet.

This Accessibility Conformance Report presents the results of Laserfiche's accessibility evaluation of Forms. Conformance was evaluated against WCAG 2.2, 2.1 (Level A and AA). Success criteria outside the evaluated scope — including later WCAG 2.2 additions and all Level AAA criteria that were not tested — are listed as "Not Evaluated" rather than assigned an untested rating. Forms can be fully customized, so form designers are also responsible for maintaining compliance in each area; actual conformance can vary with how a given form is built. This report consolidates the evaluations of: Forms 12 (WCAG 2.2, 2025-07-15); Form Fill / user-facing form (WCAG 2.1, 2024-09-06).

How to read this report

Each table below covers one part of the standard. Every row names one accessibility rule (a “criterion”), shows a conformance level, and explains the rating. The conformance levels mean:

Supports: The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects or meets with equivalent facilitation.
Partially Supports: Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion.
Does Not Support: The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion.
Not Applicable: The criterion is not relevant to the product.
Not Evaluated: The product has not been evaluated against the criterion. This can only be used in WCAG Level AAA criteria.

How we tested: Manual testing and screen-reader testing with NVDA, keyboard-only testing, color-contrast checking with the WCAG Contrast Checker, and automated scans with axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse, and Accessibility Insights for Web. A third-party accessibility consultant's assessment was also incorporated.
