Forms Accessibility Conformance Report
This report lists each accessibility rule and how well Forms meets it. Across all rules and product areas there are 31 “Supports”, 26 “Partially Supports”, 25 “Does Not Support”, and 8 “Not Applicable” ratings. The remarks column explains each rating. 37 rules have not been evaluated yet.
This Accessibility Conformance Report presents the results of Laserfiche's accessibility evaluation of Forms. Conformance was evaluated against WCAG 2.2, 2.1 (Level A and AA). Success criteria outside the evaluated scope — including later WCAG 2.2 additions and all Level AAA criteria that were not tested — are listed as "Not Evaluated" rather than assigned an untested rating. This report merges three separate assessments. The published form-fill experience (Form Designer - Form Fill) was tested against WCAG 2.2 in 2025; the Forms Designer and Layout Designer authoring tools were tested against WCAG 2.1 in early 2023. Each criterion reflects the least-conforming result among the areas that rated it, with remarks attributed by area. Customization of the product voids this conformance statement. This report consolidates the evaluations of: Form Designer - Form Fill (VPAT 2.5 International Edition, WCAG 2.2, 2025-09-10); Forms Designer (VPAT 2.4 International Edition, WCAG 2.1, 2023-02); Layout Designer (VPAT 2.4 International Edition, WCAG 2.1, 2023-02-09).
How to read this report
Each table below covers one part of the standard. Every row names one accessibility rule (a “criterion”), shows a conformance level, and explains the rating. The conformance levels mean:
- Supports
- The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects or meets with equivalent facilitation.
- Partially Supports
- Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion.
- Does Not Support
- The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion.
- Not Applicable
- The criterion is not relevant to the product.
- Not Evaluated
- The product has not been evaluated against the criterion. This can only be used in WCAG Level AAA criteria.
How we tested: Manual and keyboard-only testing with the Chrome browser and the NVDA screen reader, color-contrast checks, code review, and automated scans (axe-core and Accessibility Insights). The Forms Designer and Layout Designer areas were evaluated by external suppliers under the DHS Trusted Tester Program.
