VPAT® 2.5 WCAG 2.2 and Revised Section 508 Edition

This Accessibility Conformance Report presents the results of Laserfiche's accessibility evaluation of Workflow. Conformance was evaluated against WCAG 2.1 (Level A and AA). Success criteria outside the evaluated scope — including later WCAG 2.2 additions and all Level AAA criteria that were not tested — are listed as "Not Evaluated" rather than assigned an untested rating. This report consolidates the evaluations of: Workflow (VPAT 2.4 International Edition, WCAG 2.1, 2022-12-14); Starting Events (VPAT 2.4 International Edition, WCAG 2.1, 2023-02-24).

How to read this report

Each table below covers one part of the standard. Every row names one accessibility rule (a “criterion”), shows a conformance level, and explains the rating. The conformance levels mean:

Supports
The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects or meets with equivalent facilitation.
Partially Supports
Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion.
Does Not Support
The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion.
Not Applicable
The criterion is not relevant to the product.
Not Evaluated
The product has not been evaluated against the criterion. This can only be used in WCAG Level AAA criteria.

How we tested: Manual testing with assistive technologies including the NVDA screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, color-contrast checks with the WCAG Contrast Checker and Colour Contrast Analyser, and page inspection with the WAVE browser extension.
